Jadyn - 2 years

I've had a lot of fun photographing this kid over the past two years, but this session might be my favorite. Jadyn was a little shy at first, but we eventually wore her down and got some really great expressions. :) I enjoyed seeing her personality emerge - she is seriously the sweetest kid!

Angela & George - Mount Vernon Inn Wedding Photography

I hope everyone had as awesome of a Christmas as I did! It was my first Christmas being married, which made it very merry indeed. :) We had a great time in TN visiting my family and eating some really delicious food. Only part that wasn't so fun was the drive home... what is normally a seven-hour drive turned into a painful 10+ hour drive. In sleet/rain/snow the WHOLE way. We saw probably 25 cars in the ditch, so I just feel fortunate that we weren't one of them! Anyway, I think it's time to get back into the swing of things and do some blogging!

Angela and George are so sweet together. George is a true gentleman, and what a catch! He is the perfect complement to Angela's detail-oriented mind. I don't think I've ever seen such a well-planned and incredibly thoughtful wedding. It was clearly a priority for Angela to make sure her guests have an awesome time, and I know they did!

Thanks to Cory B Photography for second shooting!

Lindsay & Edward - Baltimore Engagement Photography

This session was so much fun! Edward and Lindsay had their first date the Maryland Science Center, so we started there and covered quite a bit of ground around Federal Hill and the Inner Harbor. We fought against the rain the whole time, but it ended up sprinkling only a little and left us with a pretty cool sky and clouds.

Edward has the best smile, and he uses it often. I can tell a fake smile from a real smile on most people, but with Edward I was never too sure. Either he's an awesome faker or he just real-smiled all afternoon. He has a great ability to make Lindsay laugh and I could see the two of them genuinely enjoy each other's company. Looking forward to their wedding next April!
