Isabelle & Nat - Baltimore Clipper Mill Engagement Photography

I know, I know, you're thinking I was JUST in Clipper Mill for engagement photos and now I'm back less than two weeks later? You would be right. That's how much I love this place. And Isabelle and Nat made it even more awesome by being up for anything. These guys are super sweet and smart, and such great sports. Nat was battling a bit of a head cold, and Isabelle walked around the whole time in heels without complaining once!

Michelle & Kevin - Jefferson Memorial Sunrise Engagement Photography

I am not a morning person. Period.

But I will confess, that small window of time right as the sun pops above the horizon is my favorite time of day. Maybe it's because I don't see it very often... that seems reasonable. It holds a little magic for me - the promise of a new day, the calm before the storm, yada yada yada. Anyway, Michelle and Kevin opted to do their engagement photos at sunrise, mostly because it would have been craziness to do it later in the day with all the cherry blossom traffic. Even at 6:15 in the morning, it was INSANE the amount of people around the Tidal Basin and Jefferson Memorial. I mean, who are these people up that early on a Sunday morning? Ha. But I'm SO glad we beat the big crowds and even managed to find a few cherry blossoms and magnolia blooms hanging on for dear life. The light was perfect, and Michelle and Kevin didn't yawn once! :)

Kaitlyn & Brent - Stone Manor Country Club

Wanna know how awesome Kaitlyn is? Her veil blew out of her hair as she walked down the aisle with her dad and she kept a smile on her face the whole time. For real. She didn't let it bother her at all, because Brent was waiting at the other end.

I loved the feel of this wedding, Kaitlyn's sense of style, and how all the bridesmaids wore boots. And speaking of the bridesmaids, they are Kaitlyn's sisters, and I couldn't stop staring at the four of them the whole day because they ALL have gorgeous long hair and are super beautiful. Not to be left out, Brent really impressed me too with his crazy good carpentry and design skills. He made the ceremony programs, the place-card horseshoes, the corn holes, and the fantastic "BK" light sign at the reception. That's talent!
