Angela & George - Alexandria Engagement Photography

I just realized Angela and George's wedding is on Saturday, and I never blogged their engagement photos! I would be doing you a disservice by not showing these because this couple is AWESOME. Seriously, a true gem. I'm sure I'll be singing more of their praises in my blog post about the wedding, so for now I'll just show you the photos.

Oh, and one more thing. If you haven't been to Nall's Produce in Alexandria, go! Like, go now! This place has the most beautiful plants, produce and people. They were so kind to let Angela and George (who are regulars) and me stay after hours on the property for this shoot. It was perfect.

Leire & John - Ellicott City Engagement Photography

And they told me they weren't models! I don't believe it. :)

I had so much fun randomly roaming the streets of Historic Ellicott City with these guys. They are so sweet and easy to talk to - I felt like we were friends from about two minutes into the session! Leire was a little worried about John's skills in front of the camera, but he was a total natural! I'm so looking forward to their wedding in November. :)

Mary Grace - Senior Portrait Photography

Mary Grace is Will's brother, as in the Will from Will and Jenn's engagement session. It was fun to get to photograph another member of the family! She is clearly a talented and intelligent senior and I'm sure she'll have no trouble getting into the university of her choice. I had the privilege of photographing her in and around Old Town Alexandria and the George Washington Parkway. The backyard of their house backs up to a walking path around the parkway, which was pretty awesome. Plenty of great spots to work with!

New England fun!

And since I just blogged about my Connecticut wedding, I figured I might as well continue the trend and blog my other miscellaneous photos from the trip. Not that they're anything too special, but I had fun taking them. :) I flew up for Susan and Pat's wedding two days early so I had a little time to explore. I've spent zero time in Connecticut, ever, so I wanted to see a little bit of the area. I had a great time hanging with myself and driving along the coast, stopping where I wanted to stop, eating what I wanted to eat, doing what I wanted to do.

I spent one afternoon/evening in Mystic, which is a pretty cool little town, and of course home to the famous Mystic Pizza. (Which I did NOT eat at, by the way. The reviews were terrible.)

Then I drove along the coast through Stonington and over into Rhode Island, which I found to be pretty much identical to Connecticut. Haha. Here are some photos from Watch Hill Cove, which was a beautiful spot to stop and walk around.

And finally, these are not very exciting, but taken outside my hotel in North Haven.
