Well I have just a few more photos to share with you before I have to finish packing. We leave (again) tomorrow for a family reunion in Ohio with my mom's side of the family.

Anyway, this is a photo of Cozumel's coastline.

My great-uncle, a WWII veteran, is buried in the Biloxi National Cemetery in Mississippi. When we visited my grandparents on the way to board the cruise ship in Mobile. we also got to spend a few days on the Gulf Coast. Uncle Ed died about 10 years ago of lung cancer, and this was the first time I'd ever actually seen his grave. I'll have more pictures from Mississippi when I get back next week.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

I really enjoy your photos and captions. You have a great eye and you don't bog the reader down with words. I look forward to coming back for more.

Emily,
As always you have gorgeous pictures. I laughed at your vacation--it sounds EXACTLY like mine. I have to drive very carefully when my dad's in the car, and we do things his way when we travel, or else. My mom, sister and I have always joked about how we needed a vacation from our vacation after spending so much time together, and with our dad. :)
Hope things are well with you.

My mom's side of the family was also from Ohio, before my grandparents moved out to Colorado to become music intructors at UNC. Now our family is spread out all over. Maryland, New Mexico, Minnesota, Texas, Colorado and Wyoming. Thanks for your comment on my site and I have added you as a link. I'm looking forward to more of your photography. Enjoy your reunion.
